I have run United Taps, an online dance-education business, for twenty years. Since May 2025 I have rebuilt all of it with systems that I design and build with AI:
- A sales pipeline that tracks every buyer from first click to purchase.
- A customer portal of more than 800 pages, with sign-in by emailed link or code.
- An AI video pipeline that edits and prepares each release.
- An automated, detailed weekly analytics report.
I also built an open-source server that lets AI edit video in VEGAS Pro, and two desktop apps for dance teachers. I build AI automations under contract for a national media company, and I live in Simi Valley, California.
How I Build
Scripts handle every check that has one right answer. AI is used only where judgment is needed. That keeps accuracy high and false alarms low.
Tools I Use
Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Python, Google Apps Script, WordPress plugins, webhooks and APIs (FastSpring, MailerLite, YouTube, Vimeo), and Umami analytics.
