How I Can Help

Helping customers find what they need.

Rebuilding the Lifetime All Access Portal around the way people learn, practice, and prepare to teach.

In developmentSeptember 2026

A library is only useful if people can use it.

The Lifetime All Access Pass brings together lessons, choreography, music, reference material, and resources for teachers. The portal needs to make those relationships understandable and give customers a clear way to move between them.

I’m looking at the whole experience: how content is organized, how a customer gets to it, what they can do on a page, and how they find their way back.

Make the connections visible.

The album page is a concrete example. Customers can play a track, adjust its speed, download the album, or find the lessons that use the music. The surrounding navigation keeps levels and other resources available.

Those are connected tasks. Bringing them together helps the interface reflect what a customer actually wants to accomplish.

Different audiences need different experiences.

A student learning material and a teacher preparing a class do not always need the same presentation. I create separate teacher versions of some All Access content, and the production workflow keeps student and teacher material distinct.

That distinction affects more than the video. It carries through the way content is labeled, organized, and presented. The portal needs to help each audience find the version that serves their needs.

My contribution

I identify the friction in the customer experience, decide what the interface and underlying workflow should do, and guide AI in building and improving it. The work spans the content structure and the customer-facing pages.

Where the work stands

The portal rebuild is in development. The screenshot shows the current interface, with work continuing on how the content, navigation, and customer experience fit together.
